(Vegetarian accepted) Adult dose: As a nutritional supplement, take two capsules 3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. My wife started using this more than 10 years ago to help relieve cramps and it is the one thing that helped her a lot. I also use to relax my muscles when I've having a tensed up day, and it works great for me too. I highly recommend this.
